Cost & Value
What are the costs of living at a Main Line retirement community like Rosemont? It’s easy to compare the cost of living at Rosemont and your current expenses for mortgage/rent, taxes, homeowner’s insurance, maintenance, utilities, food and more. The question is, what would you pay to be free from all the stuff you have to do, so you can be free to really live?
As a not-for-profit organization, we’re motivated by a concern for people, not profits. Our dedication to creating high-quality communities for people 62 and better, and our 60 plus years of successful cost management, have earned Rosemont awards for for Best Independent Living and Best Retirement Community from the Main Line Readers’ Choice Awards 2018, and Rosemont has won awards in various categories for the past four years! Rosemont is also a winner of The 2017 Best of Awards from SeniorAdvisor.com, recognizing senior living communities that receive consistently high ratings and positive reviews from their residents, family and friends. This exclusive designation is awarded to less than 1 percent of communities nationwide.
Residences at Rosemont range from $59,500 in entry fees for a gracious Strathmore Studio, up to $291,300 for an airy three-bedroom garden Cottage. Associated monthly fees range from $2,499 to $6,585, which covers a wide range of amenities and services.
